"Alex is the absolute BEST. I don't think salesman as honest as him come by often, AT ALL. Not only is he honest but has the heart of a teacher and is very patient. "Everything is good besides the towing they have to have the worst towing system ever it's terrible I'm gone change insurance because of it I been waiting for a tow all day I called them and they told me its canceled and didn't know why and told me to call in the morning after I waited in the house all day and wasted my time and nobody knows nothing they just there getting paid it's the worst don't get insurance with them...."

"Hi Dinkboy, I am so sorry you had a negative experience with State Farm's roadside assistance. We have an alliance with Agero. They handle our roadside assistance. Like many industries, I am aware there is a shortage of tow truck drivers which is causing increased wait times. State Farm and Agero realized this was an issue. A few days after you wrote this review they started offering to cover fares up to $30 using Lyft to help customers so they didn't have to wait with their vehicle. I know it didn't help your situation, but the company was able to identify the problem and implement a solution. Dinkboy, would you mind giving me a call on my cell phone 215-287-3495.
